The newly incorporated Hong Kong limited company will receive the first tax return after the 18th month and then file the tax return annually. When Inland Revenue Department requests the limited company to submit a Profits Tax Return each year, it is required to attach an audit report and financial statements audited by a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Practising.

 

In the audit report, the auditor can publish 4 opinions.

1. Unqualified opinion also known as a clean opinion

2. Qualified opinion

3. Adverse opinion

4. Disclaimer of opinion
